The Ontario Special Constable Association presents the OSCA 3rd Annual (Virtual) Conference.

This year's themes explore and highlight the modernization of the roles of Special Constables as #partnersinpublicsafety and law enforcement professionals. Delegates will also benefit from wellness topics and training addressing current and relevant material.

This year's conference is being hosted virtually. Rather than having delegates 'attend' full days in front of a screen, the OSCA created an agenda that covers 20 hours of content, spread over six days, in manageable time blocks.

Canadian Critical Incident Inc, VP, and Director of Training, Monique Rollin - Crisis Communication and De-escalation. This half-day training is designed to assist attendees to understand and deal with individuals who are suffering from mental illness or are in a state of crisis.
