The Ontario Women in Law Enforcement (OWLE) and the Niagara Regional Police Service are delighted to host the 59th International Association of Women Police (IAWP) Conference September 12th-16th, 2022 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. This is the first time in the history of IAWP that this global conference will be in Niagara Falls, and delegates are expected from affiliates in 70+ countries. The 2022 IAWP Conference will host renowned speakers from across the globe to share their knowledge and insights on trending topics, such as: recruitment and retention, with a critical lens devoted to increasing diversity and inclusion within the workforce; virtual and digital evidence; artificial intelligence (AI); leadership; employee wellness; integrated responses to crime; building relationships with external agencies; and, fostering stronger community partnerships.
