CCII is pleased to announce its recent addition of Detective Inspector (ret.) Monique Rollin who will join the CCII team as Vice President and Director of Training. Monique is a CCII Advisory Board member and will work with CCII as a lead instructor and curriculum developer advancing the development of new courses and updated curriculum for CCII’s current and comprehensive training programs.
“I was attracted by the company's mission to offer the highest level of comprehensive training in managing the challenges relating to critical incident command, crisis negotiations and mental health emergencies” Rollin said. “I believe in teaching law enforcement professionals to use advanced resolution strategies in high-risk incidents when they have received quality training in crisis negotiations, incident command and de-escalation. The quality of training that CCII offers will serve our communities by reducing the induced jeopardies that lead to use of force.”
Monique comes to CCII as a highly experienced senior police leader of 31 years’ service with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service possessing demonstrated abilities to lead diverse teams to high levels of success. Monique is an experienced Crisis Negotiator, Incident Commander and provincially qualified police trainer instructing police officers as leaders, frontline supervisors, sexual assault & domestic violence investigators, financial crime investigators, Crisis/Hostage Negotiators and Critical Incident Commanders. Monique also trains police communicators, Special Constables and First Responders in the skills of crisis communications and de-escalation. Monique has extensive executive level leadership experience in Critical Incident Command, International Mass Casualty Disaster Management, maritime and border security, major crimes, police operations, tactical command, technological and administrative environments.
Monique will be a tremendous asset to CCII, as the company continues to grow to meet the challenges and demands facing law enforcement today and in the future.
